I really hope this is the right company - SAVVYSAVER - The app that you can download for free for the shopping you do.

I am extremely disgusted with the service from this company - I purchased Laager Rooibos tea on the 5th July - uploaded my till slip and on numerous occasions asked them to credit me with the 800 points (R8.00) that is due to me. But NOTHING. There is no human interaction on the WhatsApp NOR a Bot - I sent them emails, Facebook messages and NOTHING. I have also withdrawn my R100 on the 19th July and Have NOT received my message to say I can go and withdraw, which previous took a maximum of 3 days. They were so good in the beginning like everything else and now they suck. Now I hope that other people are experiencing the same problem so that this Company can wake the "F" up and give me (us) what we are owed!!!!
