Rude Savvy Rude Civils! Get Another Company, Says JC!
I asked for a quote, which JC promised. I waited and waited. JC said Eric was going to contact me. No contact from either Eric or JC, no updates and no follow ups. They were clearly not really interested in doing business with me. So after following up with them after hours and hours of waiting and never hearing from them, I only get a rude "Get another company!" from the operator/manager/owner. How rude! Well, I WILL get another company, JC. Lesson: Until you learn to offer good service and you learn to be POLITE to your customers (paying and otherwise), maybe business will not be getting any better.
