Savvy Brokers are the worst

My daughter bought a car beginning of November and I was helping her through the process because it’s her first car. The dealership recommended an insurance company that we later discovered is a broker company called Savvy Brokers. They debited an initiation fee of R939.18 on the 4th of November, and on the 25th of November they debited R967.36 and R150, and on the 26th November they debited R967.18 and R150 again.

We’ve been calling and trying to get a resolution on this issue and the lady who answers the phone keeps saying that Nobuhle will call us to explain or reverse the other amount. At this point, we want to cancel the agreement with them because of their incompetence and frustration experienced.
