Water problem

On the 11th of March 2022, Savuki Drilling Company from whiteriver Mpumalanga province, drilled a borehole with their package 100M hole plus pump and 12M steel casing to the amount of R46,000 Which was paid cash. After they have provided me with this service they required that I top up R9,900 for the casing which i also paid cash. They installed the pump on the 5th of May 2022. Their pump only worked for one day then after stopped. I reported such and their electrician by the name of Sbusiso came on the 6th of June 2022. Their electrician highlighted that the pump that was installed was too small (0.55w)for the hole yet the drilled hole needed a (0.75w). He connected this one regardless of the fact it was small. It worked for only 2 months then after it only produced dirty water. Again their were alerted about this. The company again sent other electricians in December 2022. They commented that the hole itself was not properly done and suggested that I contact Jurly the owner to ask for a review of the hole and change the pump as well as the cable which was was in bits and pieces. I phoned the owner who suggested that I write a proper email, however the email was sent, but he never got back to us until this day. He blocked us ( me and my husband) on whatsap. Even when we called the office our calls were never answered. It's is surprising because when we entered into business they claimed that the the contract or guarantee was 12months. However all this has happened within even a few months after we got into business with them. We are requesting Hellopeter to kindly help us in solving this matter with Savuka Drilling Company.
