Water drilling faul play

Savuki drilling came to drill water on the 18th of August 2020.The people that were sent by the company drilled for 3 hours and left. Months later the water stopped coming out something was wrong. We then called them to come and fix, they came and fixed the problem. Weeks later the water changed colors it was now brown.

We then called them again an employee by the name of Johhan came to test the water if it's safe to use and he did more than that , he checked if the how deep was the hole. Apparently the hole meter was supposed to be 60 meters but it was 34.4 which was smaller than the initial agreement. According to the receipt the amount that was paid was for 60 meters but they drilled 34.4 meters which is a faul play . We have contacted them again and they want us to pay more for them to fix the problem.
