Feedback on Complaint against Savuki Drilling

Savuki Drilling executed the drilling work on 16 August 2016. The installation was done three days later on 19 August 2016. The pump problem was reported to us during the third week of November 2016. By that time we were experiencing a high volume of work with the December holidays ahead. Our installer was sent out to investigate but he could not determine what the problem was. He went back on 08 December 2016 to remove the pump which was sent back to the supplier. Feedback thereof was only received just before we closed down for the December holidays . On 18 January 2017 a new pump was installed for Mr Ramoshaba at no cost.
