The company is a **** and doesn't explain the whole process. I saw the ad on Facebook for trailer and I engaged with the guy called Khanyiso Bhengu on Facebook his calling himself Ndinisa Mkhize who advised that it's installment sale where every month I have to pay R700 for trailer and I had to pay R700 every month for 10 months in order for them to deliver ,what was stranger is that they gave me personal account details of Mr SW Dlamini when I ask why is he giving person account details and he said ,the account belongs to his manager and its their process.When they were supposed to deliver he said I must pay R400 for delivery of which I did pay and the request was to pay via cash send and I did query about that and there was no proper feedback. I was told the driver has confirmed the delivery amount and date that he will deliver at 3:00pm,after I was told to pay for trailer registration of R400 where he said I must pay it via cash send again ,when the delivery was supposed to take place the driver send me messages that deliver money is in short I must pay R300 of which I advised that I don't have it and I told them that you guys did calculator the distance of delivery and now you are coming back that I must top up for delivery and when I went back to the sell man and he said I must pay that the R300 that is short and I asked how coz you guys have calculated the delivery fee and the guy told me that they won't delivery and I asked for refund and till today no refund received.The company **** people.
