Shamwari AKA SAvkay projects

I paid Neil Bailey to repair the roof on my house, he came recommended via a friend. the Job was completed however the first sign of rain, the roof was leaking in the same place. I have contacted Neil on several occasions to no avail. he did however come to the house once, told my friend it was leaking because of leaves! My brother went onto the roof an cleared the leaves......the roof still leaks. My Friend has also tried to contact Neil to no avail...this cost me a lot of money. I supposedly have a 5 year guarantee on the work done.!!! I cant even get him to respond.....he has plenty of excuses and ducks and dives. Ive had enough and will be taking it further.
