Terrible service and no communication

I bought a Hoverboard from this site www.https://www.saviolacasa.co.za/ on the 12th of December 2023. On the site they promise between 3 - 5 days delivery. After this period has passed, no communication from the company. When they eventually responded the lady said they were waiting for stock from the supplier and would send out packages ASAP. Today is the 9th of Jan 2024 and after several emails, and phone calls to numbers that do not answer I still have no Hoverboard, no refund, and no response. I am very disappointed as this was also a Christmas present.
