Mind-blowing customer service!

Recently I purchased 3 basswood blinds for our bedrooms and they look absolutely stunning! Unfortunately, I mismeasured one of them causing it to be too short. Totally my mistake. When I contacted Blinds Direct to order a new one, they allowed me to re-order at no charge and asked that I donate the wrong blind to charity or to someone in need. Mind-blowing customer service! The customer service representative was very friendly and responsive and on top of that, I received the new blinds within a few weeks.

I shop all the time online and have rarely found a company who stands behind their product and provide this outstanding level of customer service. Thank you for exceeding my expectations Blinds Direct.
