Dissapointed with the empty promises and it's not our fault

I ordered two blinds for my holiday home from blinds direct. Their Cape Town based salesman Sean hekped me. My request to them was very specific, that I must have my bli ds in time to leave on Wednesday the 15th with me so that it can be installed before the installer goes away on holiday. Well you guessed it, wanted full payment upfront for the blinds to process the order. So no risk to them if they dont keep to their promises. When it was eventually ready on Monday the 13th it was to late for normal freight from JHB to Cape Town. Then they askedme for full payment for overnight to CPT which I paid. Its now Wednesday, blinds still not with me and Sean is now not taking my calls. So I'm out of pocket with no blinds for the holiday season ahead with the installers not being available. Please guys don't fall for Blinds Directs empty promises and requests for full upfront payments and but dropped with delivery dates the way I have been
