BLIND

I ordered a custom made blind from them. Waited 15 workdays for delivery. Headrail damaged on three places, bushes don't line up at all. Very poor workmanship. They did offer to collect and replace the headrail, but then I have to wait another 15 working days. The damages to the headrail is the courier's fault but the poor workmanship is definitely their workshop manager.
