Absolutely one of the worst security experiences I have ever had. My alarm was triggered at the premises, yet the responding security officer refused to jump the fence to inspect the property. When I raised this with the controller, Mark, I was met with excuse after excuse. I was told the officer was "too short" to jump the fence, which is simply not true. I was then told there were no instructions on the system authorizing officers to jump fences and that I needed to send an email requesting that this be added to my profile. This response is completely unacceptable for a security company. In an emergency, I should not have to pre-authorize a security officer to investigate my property when my alarm has been activated. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, your response to alarm activations has demonstrated a lack of urgency, poor decision-making, and an inability to handle emergency situations. Incident 1: My alarm was activated, and instead of dispatching security to investigate, your operator called me to ask what they should do. If I had been in a situation where I was unable to respond—such as being injured or held hostage—that delay could have had serious consequences. Incident 2: One of the alarm sensors was faulty shortly after installation. We reported the issue, yet we were still billed for the call-out despite being new customers and the fault not being caused by us. The sensor was adjusted, but it falsely triggered again shortly afterward. We reported it once more, but no one attended the premises and nobody followed up with us. The level of service has been consistently disappointing. A security company's primary responsibility is to respond effectively during emergencies, yet my experience has been the exact opposite. I am formally requesting copies of all call recordings, dispatch logs, incident reports, and any communication relating to my account. I intend to review the handling of these incidents and reserve my right to share my experience publicly so that others can make an informed decision before using your services.
