social worker abusing her authority

me and my ex seperated after her been un faithfull with one of my friends,my ex moved from pretoria to pietersburg the social worker appointed over my kids is sonja white.this social worker never even met me in person and pre judged me based on stories she heard from my ex which will logically be a lot of nonsense,my kids aged 9 and 12 wants to come visit me on holidays and weekends after me supporting my kids and raising them since birth,even when their mother left them with me for 7 months when she moved to another man i supported my kids emotianally and now i am made out the bad one sonja befriended my ex and now she is hiding behind sonja i went all over but everything must work throught the social worker which on her turn prevents me from contacting or removing my kids she doesnt care about the childs bets interest as the law requires on two seperate incident she put the phone down in my ear when i tried to reason and explain my side isnt the social worker supposed to stay neutral to all sponsor of the savf this people is causing more damage ripping children away from their parents than trying to stand up for whats inportant for the children its been a year since i see my kid
