Welfare won't assist!

My child has been placed in Foster care for the past 9 years. I did sign the revelant documents. What I did not do is to sign for the court order to be extended, though they did extend te court order. <br> <br> In the past 9 years, my welfare worker, Josephine have not ever done inspection at my house nor phonedp me. <br> <br> I have noticed serious problems at the foster care parent's house and have asked the welfare to help me to get my son back. I have seen a Lawyer and Advocate. They will put in a request for an acurator at court.<br> <br> I phoned Josephine on Wednesday 12/08 and asked for a copy of the foster care court order, which she didnt have. I phoned the welfare worker in Pta working with my son. She agreed by sending Josephine a copy. She wouldnt send it to me. On Thursday I phoned Josephine and she promised me that she would send the copy 1st thing on Friday morning. <br> <br> Friday at 10:00 I phoned Josephine. She told me that she's to busy. I asked her for her supervisors nr and then she hung up the phone!!! <br> <br> I phoned back and spoke to Alida, she then gave me Thr supervisors nr. I phoned her and she wasnt much of help. <br> Since then havent had any feedback. What can I do? Where do I go???
