Grandson (2) was assaulted by a staff member

My grandson (2) was assaulted by a staff member yesterday. So this morning we went to get more clearance on the incident since the principal confirmed that the assault was captured on CCTV.

From the start she took a very condescending approach. Blaming the child’s behavior for the reason he got assaulted (Knocked out). She did not respond to my questions in a professional manner and took a very aggressive alternative. (I do have an audio recording)

I asked her for a copy of the video and she refused on the basis that it is against policy.
