Please can all be careful when shopping at Saveways. Essential services personnel having been parking in the same area since the start of the lockdown, with the full knowledge of Ithuba Protective Services and Saveways Crescent Management. Last week I had my bakkie sail ****** off my vehicle, with the tension bars, and appartly no one saw anything. After the theft, they found it worthwhile to employ 1 more extra security guard. The centre Management and their 'security' company take no responsibility for theft of items. They claim there is no evidence of the theft as there is no security camera's. And they hide behind their liability board, yet they advise you that they do have liability insurance, but you must claim through your own insurance, then your insurance must claim it back from them They are not there for their tenants, or the shopper. All they can do is make you feel like a ******** as an item was ****** from you. Seems their attitude is that theft is your problem. They 'rejected' my claim after a week of running around after them to get a case number, quotes, insurance company letters etc. What was the point of asking me to do all of this. Just to make me more angry. A slogan of big enough to deliver, small enough to care, is a joke.
