Poor service Saverite Newlands West

Went into buy washing powder that was on promo as per pamphlet only to be rudely told that it was a printing error at the tills and the manager on site rudely said there is nothing she can do and walked away. There was no boards stating all this plus as a consumer I drove all the way to Newlands for this as per CPA I'm protected as a consumer and this service and printing issue is not my problem I want the promo I saw at the price advertised and for the unruly lady to learn about customers interaction
