Pathetic management

The other day I went to Saverite Brickfield supermarket... I do this very often but the recent incident has left me with a bitter taste.One of the employees bumped my three year old niece to the ground (he had his earphones on) and he shrugged and responded what...I had told him remove the earphones then he would be able to conxentrate where he was going. He blatantly refused to apologise and his manager did nothing about it even standing there whilst the employess passed a derogatory remark in isizulu. THE Manager is unfit to run the place and did not offer an apology or make the employee apologise .Just by the way there was also some refurbishment taking place with cutting grinding hammers etc and dust all over the goods at the store.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted and I will not shop at this pathetic place anymore.
