Poor Management and bad service

On the 29/09/17 Friday evening I was at your restaurant with my family.We had all ordered quarter mutton bunnies each.We received bunnies that were dry and cold and with max of three pieces of meat and the curry tasted odd.We do have a habit of breaking up the bunnies from top to bottom before eating.The indian waitress serving us informed us the curry is sometimes cooked by the helpers in kitchen when the chef is busy with a function or when the chef is off.We asked to see the manager but was informed he is busy in the office and cannot come out to see us.We left rather disappointed with the entire experience.As we were leaving We encountered the manager at the bar area.We informed him of our complaints and that we were charged for extra gravy when in actual fact the bunnies were dry and gravyless as well as cold.I also enquired why he told the waitress he is in the office when we are finding him in the bar area.Manager informs us the waitress is lying.Kindly note eating out with ones family is a costly affair and for money we are paying it is our right to be treated with respect and we expect good service and a decent meal..The manager could not be bothered and asked that we email the complaint as he was very busy and it’s a Friday night. sent this 09/10--no feedback from food and beverage manager to date What a unprofessional establishment.Fellow patrons be warned If you expecting an authentic Durban curry-beware
