No delivery for paid goods

I was ****ed by Savemore limited for R4200 which i paid for a sony xperia phone,on date of delivery i was told to pay an extra R2000 i dnt know for what so i refused and until today they have not refunded me as i have requisted,this company is a ****,i wil b opening a case against them.
