Service Sucks

<p>As much as I enjoy doing grocery here but the staff has a bad attitude. I have tried to complain but one of the ladies that they don't allow customers to rate the service. I was shocked and couldn't believe that such a big supermarket doesn't allow customers to rate the service. They have just lost one of the loyal customers. Pick n Pay and Shop rite please welcome me.</p>
