Not happy

Hello guys What an unpleasant experience I had with the service I almost never received at Usave 1 Voortrekker Rd,Vaalwater on the 10.12.2021.tjo guys I never seen so much disrespect to the customers of that store.there is this guy called Ephraim Detle,he is super rude,that guy doesn't deserve to work at that trusted store chain.i wanted to buy,and customers where on a long que while the guy even had the audacity to tell of us that he cnt help us,he even went to the rest rooms while we waited for him on a long que,as for me he almost wanted to fist fight me.that kind of behavior is very bad for the store,I hope management attends to that store,because we are not happy as customers,we are even threatened to visit the store as from today.i hope measures are put in place to remedy the stores customer service cause it tarnished the image of Usave stores as a whole. Mr Ephraim Detle needs training or anger management.
