Unprofessional, not to be trusted

I signed up for the mediation program and debt review removal in December 2021. I have had calls from my creditors daily asking for their money. I have texted them every day to ask why they have not made contact or payment arrangements with my creditors. I'm told that everything has been sorted and they have been paid but nothing has been done. Creditors keep calling, now they are just ignoring me and every day I call them and I am promised to be called back but no one does. I've now asked to cancel and they have not been accommodating at all. I've been told every day that a manager is not in the office or they will give me a call to discuss my query. The manager that called promised to sort things out and give me a call, still waiting. He is never in the office or he has to get authority from another manager. It's just story after story and nothing adds up. I regret trusting this company in the first place and they seem to just ripped people off.
