SaveMoneySA RS Financial Services Fishy Business

I have been trying to cancel debicheck debt order with this company since October 5th, they claim that it has been cancelled yet it is still showing as active on my banking app, they claim that they have sent me email confirming the cancellation but I have not received such email. I had contacted Nupay Altron the collections agency and they cant confirm the cancellation either.
