The consultants ignore my calls and whatsapp texts when they do answer they keep lying regarding my refund and the cancellation of the Debi-check mandate on my account their excuse keeps being that their manager is not available so they are unable to assist. I have settled my debts personally and require my refund since no service was rendered.

28 Jun 2022, 14:59I have been contacted by the company they have advised that they will not refund me my money as they have worked on my file which is a lie i asked them to email me correspondences even went as far as telling them i will hold whilst they do that but they verified the wrong email address and even said they will call back when the correspondences have been sent which still has not happened DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY its a ****
