Complain - no service

One star for this company is one to many. I have asked them to remove my Dept review status, I paid them and they received the fund on 1 October 2021 and all my documents was submitted mid October 2021. December I received a call from them asking me when I will be paying the fee, and I told them that was already done. Mid January 2022 I made an enquiry about my case and I they tell me is that they will tell their manager and get back to me. Still no one has come back to me. For week now every day all will ask and ever day the response is that they will call me today, still no call was received. No after more than 4 months they sent me the same documents to complete that I have completed mid-October meaning that they are only starting on my application now. I have a business opportunity that can generate a lot of income for my family but because of them I am going to lose the opportunity. I will strangely advice anyone not to use this company.
