Unprofessional Individuals dragging down the name of my once favorite store

After returning a defective TV twice in a row, weeks later despite having followed protocol & having made several requests for my promised refund, today I learned that no payment has been processed on Save Hyper's part. Those particular individuals involved at the material times at Save Hyper (PMB), Victoria St. have been evidently uncooperative & dishonest.
