Terrible Service and Poor Communication

Ordered with Team Sam yesterday at 11:12 whoever is in charge of their whatsapp ignored me the entire day when I asked about delivery time, tried calling several times, they refused to answer, got my order after 7 hours, the service is terrible and the staff have attitude, messaged them this morning at 07:20 to say that the driver yesterday didn’t give the bread I ordered, told me they will attend to it, it’s been 9 hours and I haven’t gotten any feedback, constantly being avoided, refusing to take my calls. This is ridiculous, don’t offer services that y’all can’t keep up with.
