Save hyper bad service

Wanted to change to SAVE to do our monthly company grocery purchases, pay by EFT and get delivery .First: The person I mailed, on leave. No out of office. Finally get someone to assist. Get overquoted by R4000. Ask for an invoice to pay. Cant give invoice. I Ask for proforma or a letterhead from SAVE.Anything formal. Professional. I Cannot pay R7000 with a mere email stating the amount and no backing docs. They put manager on the line, I explain all. Refuses to give proper quotation/invoice so the company can transfer the money. Told them after struggling for two days ,to just cancel the order. They didn't even seem phased at all, Awful service! Ill go back to my more expensive supplier that appreciates our R7000 a month
