I have witnessed a disgracefully unprofessional behavior from Management.

I have been a Save Hyper customer for a very long time now. I am now confused whether is this a coincidence or a norm. I have recently witnessed a horrifyingly unprofessional behavior from a person I would assume is part of management. It happened before by paid no attention to it. The recent incident was the Tuesday of the 18th of this month midmorning (around 10am-11am). Same person, doing the very same thing. I felt not valued or respected as a customer when this person, who was not doing this for the first time, was screaming his lungs out to an employee at the Deli section Save Hyper Victoria Road. I find that inhuman and professionally unacceptable. I wish for this person to be delt with accordingly.
