Bad service

I bought wool on sat 18 August then went to exchange the one..they refused to exchange saying I did not have a till slip but I had the eft slip .mind u it was within seven days.my hubby left.I called Arshad the owner..most useless human.trying to explain the system don't allow.this is bs...I was going to exchange and purchase 6 wool hi did not care...he tells me listing a lot of stores...I worked for edgars....the policy is if its sellable it can be exchanged.he tells me he can't spend whole day looking for the slip.I told him my bank slip is date stamped.he still refused....I and my family will never shop there...he's prices are four times the amount u spend at habby and lace...their customers service is awesome
