Abuse of ADH Cover

I took in my S5 to Save Hyper, Samsung South Africa and was disgusted with the service. Samsung Mobile chooses people like this to represent them? Worse than a Pakistani Cell Repair Centre. No care whatsoever by the Samsung Save Team. My screen was cracked and the phone was in 100% working order. I used up 1 of my claims on the repair as stated for a screen repair. The screen was loose and had to be pressed back by the staff. A month later I took in the phone for another cracked screen repair. After a week I was called by the lady who said I will have to pay for my screen replacement as the ADH cover was used up. I went into the store to query this as I never did have any such liquid damage and the phone was in working order when handed to Samsung and upon collecting the device I was told that ONLY a screen repair was done. Now Save Hyper refuses to accept that they have done a claim without my consent neither did Save Hyper contact me to notify me of any changes to my claim. This is not the 1st time I had problems with Save Samsung and the service is pathetic. Save nino's south africa also run within this Save Hyper is the most disgusting ninos I have ever been to.
