Savannah trailers dishonesty

Theo is the most dishonest business man I've ever dealt with. I have asked him to build me a trailer in July 2017. He requested that a deposit of 70% be paid. It is now September 2019 I have no trailer. Haven't heard from Theo and neither has he paid me anything back. I will recommend that no body should deal with him. I've lost alot of money due to his dishonesty. People like Theo come and take the hard earned money that belongs to us overnight
