Atrocious Service

Very unprofessional and *********. I booked accommodation at the Savannah Park Luxury accommodation two weeks ago and they sent an invoice two weeks later and in a space of a few minutes after receiving the invoice, I received a cancellation. When I called the establishment, I was told the place is fully booked but they will cancel a customer that hasn’t paid. I was shocked because I think, that is precisely what they did to me. I told the manager that I do not want the accommodation at another customer’s expense and she got irate with me and told me that she had nothing further to discuss. Amazing
