Online shopping ****mers

I placed an order online on the 19th May 2024. On the 30th of May they say they got the order and shipment is in transit. They gave me order number 1164. Tracking number YT***. Now when I keep tracking it it says order doesn't exist. So I am wondering is this website a ****? What further steps can I take to get back my money. I paid R1900 for the two pairs of shoes I ordered.
