Customer satisfaction oriented business

I just ordered a pair of shoes from them, the customer support lady was really helpful in giving me suggestion regarding the sizing I need. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond and making sure that I'm happy with my purchase. I can't wait for my order to come, I believe it will be the perfect shoes for my hiking event next month. When I have received it I will update my review again and leave a 5 star if the product quality live up the service level I received :)
