False advertising

I purchased a WOOLEN coat from Savanna Mode - Cape Town. What a joke, I paid R850 (which was a 70% discount) and I received a polyester thing that I would not have paid R20 for. I contacted Savanna mode and was told that I could return the purchase but that I would have to pay for the shipping (which was free with my purchase) I was under the false impression that I was buying something from South Africa, but this clearly comes from some dubious factory, there isn't even a label on the garment! The only other alternative offered to me... I could get refunded 20% and keep the order. This is alarming to me, it must mean that this happens on the reg. I read reviews of this business on their site, I can only believe that they either wrote their own reviews or they paid people to write them. I would very much like to insert the images of what I ordered opposed to what I received for all to see, you would not believe it.
