Horrific customer service, rude staff and lengthy delayed transfers with no reasons given.

I recently bought a house where these were the transfer attorneys. Their staff offer absolutely disgusting customer service, can't be bothered replying to emails or phone calls and talk down to you when querying procedures. Also refuse to put anything in writing when it comes to disagreements (even email). Also, when a transfer is declined, it does not take a week to re-lodge while the buyer pays rent on a place that should be his, it should be done within 24 hours. You are taking on too much work and the people you are supposed to be helping are suffering because of it. Pull up your socks and learn some basic manners. They couldn't even be bothered replying to my bond attorneys when an update was requested.
