Awful

Highly unreliable. They advised they could still help me, very clear from the outset that I’m a UK resident and they agreed they could still proceed. They issued South African paperwork so wasn’t valid for me. Went on to agree to a partial refund to cover the cost of new documents and then never issued a refund. Ignored my messages asking for updates.
