Today, 07 October 2020 in the morning after 11h00 I went to Sausage Saloon at Greenstone Shopping Mall, which is opposite Capitec Bank, to buy food. I was served by a black guy, dark in complexion, unfortunately, he was not wearing a name tag, they were only two attendees by then a male and the female at that time. I bought a cheese griller for R23 and Cappuccino for R15 I had R40 in my hand to pay and when I hand over the cash to the guy as my mind was telling me that the food is not more than R40 but I got confused when the guy told me that the money, not be enough I must add, in that state of confusion I took back the R40 and gave him R50, he then came out to assist me in getting the Cappuccino, immediately after that he went inside assisted other customers by then he was not even looking at me, confused as I was I left. As I was walking towards the car parking machine my spirit was not at rest and realized that the guy did not even give me the slip and he demanded more money when the total of these things are less than R40, there are R38 I was wrestling with my mind and because I was in a hurry to go back to work, as am driving I started calculating that indeed the food was R38 and asked myself how many people is this guy robbing one he is not punching things in the machine secondly demanding extra cash thirdly no change was given. Am not happy at all about this conduct and service, which is a conduct of a theft and robbing people.
