Sausage saloon with no stock

On the 2nd April 2018. Me and my family went to sausage saloon to order some hotdogs. When we wanted to order monster manhattan it was revealed by the waiter there is almost 50% on the menu no stock. I know this is easter weekend, but if a restaurant or take away joint cannot serve a customer it is a insult to the customer and will lead a customer never to return to the take away joint. Easter weekend there must be extra stock ordered to ensure such situation never happens. As we did me and my family leave immediately disgusted. I will in future always reference this take away joint always never have stock so do not bother to go there unless their management team is going to change that.
