To whom it may concern Dear Sir/Madam I went yesterday (25.09.2020 at approximately 1pm) to the N1 city branch and was totally shocked about the service / attitude / pr abilities and general incompetence of that staff. I ordered 2 jumbo franks and 1 corndog with chips and a standard one only to be told : No we have xyz only. I said i should have gone rather to the parow branch with was answered with laughter from both the male and female counter staff. No sorry we run out etc. I than ordered 2 cheese russians instead of franks. Now the real fun started ! i told him i wanted both russians with onion, tomato sauce and mayo and paid. Than as he was preparing my order i had to repeat my choice of toppings one by one for EACH russian as he seemed unable to remember a thing. Than as he was busy packing my order he said : Oh i forgot to ring up the chips ! At that stage i lost all patients and cancelled the order and demanded i refund and left. That staff is a VERY poor advertising for your brand and borders on sabotaging the brand as i will never go back there again
