Sausage Saloon Fourways Mall (Lack of decent service/products)

Extremely disappointed at the lack of service of the Sausage Saloon situated in Fourways Mall.

Upon entering the food store, i found out that they did Cheese Chips. I couldn't stop asking the lady about it etc, and decided that i wanted some.

So, i placed an order for a Cheesegriller hotdog, with cheese chips, and a coke Zero(it was a special that they were running) for R60.00.

The only thing they got correct, was the Coke Zero, and that is because i got it myself out of the fridge.

I received a normal hotdog, not a cheesegriller. I never received cheese on the chips. End of the day, i understand that mistakes happen. I wouldnt just complain about that. ONTOP of the above, the roll that the hotdog came in, was EXTREMELY HARD, dry, and crusty (flaking). That last cherry on top pushed me over the edge. I will never return to that store.
