Sausage Saloon

We are so disappointed in the service that we received from the Sausage Saloon at Silverstar. Our chicken and chips were raw and when we complained the manager refused to refund us.She said that we ate most of the chips therefore she will not refund us. We asked to speak to her manager and she rudely rep**** saying she is the manager. We left our food on the counter and she advised we should throw our food in the dustbin.This is definitely not an image that any restaurant would be proud off!
