Rude

Good day,

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at Sausage Saloon in Springs Mall. Yesterday (12 February), I went to buy a hotdog for my 8-year-old daughter around 6:00 PM as she was hungry after school. Upon arrival, I was abruptly told by the staff that they were closed, despite it being well within operating hours as their doors were still open.

After this, I went to Pick n Pay, and by 6:30 PM, I saw the same staff assisting another customer at the Sausage Saloon. This inconsistency in service, along with the rude behavior of the staff, left me feeling very frustrated. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced rude service at this location, and it’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior continuing.

I believe customer service should be a priority, and I would appreciate it if management could address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.
