****** EXHIBITIONISTS AT ITS BEST

I went to sausage saloon on saturday to purchase something to eat for my kids. There was a family in front of me and someone at the counter ordering. A black gentlemen and his family came and stood in the queue behind me. The next minute, a black lady comes out of nowhere and stands in the front. When it was my turn to be served, your staff immediately helped the lady who pushed in. When i corrected them telling them I was there first, your lady was blatantly rude and dismissive. She threw my change back and me and then proceeded to help the lady who pushed in. I then told her, it is not her turn, she can wait until the gentlemen behind me has ordered as he was there first. Your staff then started shouting at me in their language stating that the lady had been there forever. (this was a lie, as there were more people by that time in the queue who saw the lady come out of makro and push in front". 3 people left and said that they would never support sausage saloon after they heard the way i was being treated. Your staff member "cindy" then proceeded to make defamatory remarks in her own language about me, and kept on clicking her tongue at me. the black gentlemen who was standing behind me, later on came to tell me what she was saying and proceeded to say that he would also, no longer support sausage saloon. He said he could not believe her complete disregard to me being the client and how she openly racially slurred me. He was embarresed and told me that this was the reason our country was in the state it is. The fact that just ONE of your staff members, in a matter of 20 minutes, can create such a complete distaste for your brand, is shocking. The fact that you don't know what kind of employees you have, is even more mind blowing. I will be plastering this all over social media, as well as any tabloid that is willing to listen. I trust something will be done about this.
