Quality of Food

This is the second time in a row that I have experienced poor quality.<br> <br> The Rolls used are so bad they literally crumble in your hands while attempting to eat. Secondly the Cheese grillers skin is so tough one can barely chew it.<br> <br> For a great franchise with a product, for on the go indiviuals, whom need a quick bite the price charged though reasonable is a ******* when you receive such a awful meal.<br> <br> I cannot see myself or my family ever going back unless they improve there quailty standards.
