I’m not happy with the service

So today went to the one in pavilion, bought the cheese griller with chips , since I was in a hurry i than paid for my order than went to do a small nyana errand mind you my cheese griller was already being made, when I returned back to collect my order I noticed that the guy who was helping me took another cheese griller from the side where they take from to preheat ohk I thought maybe my eyes were deceiving me and here now I am at work eating a cold griller which tasted so awful 😭such a bad experience I had mind you it was my first time even buying my hot dog there
