To whom it may concern, I went to sausage saloon on the 01.10.2020 placed an order collected my food, as i was paying was told the machine had a problem. The ladies spoke to 1 another back and forth and finally asked if I had cash. I didn't so of course they tried again, I then went to the atm to withdraw money to pay. After paying the sales lady asked if my bank didnt notify me of any transaction as it shows on her side it was successful. I checked and nothing had come through. I was instructed to return if the money was taken. I logged on to my banking app and the transaction went off twice. So i returned to the shop on the 02.10.2020 to find the manager and one of the sales ladies. I showed them my banking app and sent an email as proof, the store manager called his boss to authorise the refund but he was told not to and that i was to print a statement as online banking can be manipulated. Not only am i now ****** but I'm also called a *********!
